Sweat and Sway – Free Family Roller Skating & Movement Classes

Join Hazelwood Local and Center of Life for an afternoon of free movement classes for adults and families, and free roller skating! Welcome to Sweat & Sway! Get ready to break a sweat and move to the rhythm during this day filled with fun and fitness.
SCHEDULE:
12:00 – 3:00: Free roller skating on the Plaza with skates provided by Wicked Skatewear & tunes from DJ Jordan!!
Youth Classes: RIDC Mill 19 – South Porch
11:00 – 12:00: Accessible Class with Open-Up.org
12:15 – 12:45: Family Yoga led by Skukura Woods
1:00 – 1:45: Hip Hop Dance Class with Christian “JITA” Brown
2:00 – 3:00: Double Dutch/Free Ropes with Double Dutch Swing Squad
Adult Classes: Lawn
12:15 – 1:00: Adult Zumba led by: CC
1:15 – 2:00: Adult Yoga with Skukura Woods
2:15 – 3:00: Belly Dancing with Sourie Iskabah
*If you have a yoga mat or towel, please bring. And don’t forget your water!!
Along with free roller skating and a variety of free classes, local organizations and groups will be on hand to provide information and additional activities.
