Robotics Innovation Center Community Open House
Join Carnegie Mellon University and Hazelwood Local for an all ages Community Open House at the Robotics Innovation Center in Hazelwood showcasing worldclass research & innovation, community engagement, and sustainability.
Open House Highlights Include:
- Guided facility tours* & robotics demonstrations
- Exhibit reflecting the history of Scotch Bottom, steel, and innovation
- Connect with CMU to learn more about programs, partnerships and resources
- Mingle & Network with community and university members
- Food & light refreshments provided
Don’t miss this opportunity to see the first-of-their-kind CMU facility for developing and testing robots on land, water, air and space; and where researchers will make discoveries with applications in fields including health care, transportation, education, national security, agriculture, retail and beyond.
Free lot parking is available at the corner of Blaire St. and Eliza St.
