A small, temporary tech glitch is impacting our events calendar. Here’s the fix.

Hi, Kidsburgh readers. We wanted to let you know about a temporary tech issue with our events calendar that the folks at WordPress are trying to help us fix. Currently the first page of the events calendar looks just fine, but things get a bit wonky once you scroll to the bottom and click on “Next Events” to go forward in the calendar.

When you do that, you’ll be brought to a page showing old events from last spring. It’s a bit like time-traveling… only much less fun.

There’s a simple fix: Just refresh the page and the correct upcoming events will appear. You can keep using this fix as you click further through the calendar. Any time you see a page with past events on it, just refresh the page and the current events will pop up.

Hopefully, it will just be a day or two until this is fixed. But in the meantime, we wanted to make sure you can see all of the upcoming events on our calendar. So just use that refresh fix if you come upon a page that shows events from the past.

Thanks very much for your patience as we navigate this unexpected bit of digital inconvenience. We know our calendar serves as a resource for thousands of Pittsburgh-region families, so we’re working to make sure it’s running smoothly again as soon as possible.
