The mission of Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania’s Youth Empowerment Project of Sharpsburg is to prevent risky behavior that can lead to crime and substance abuse by providing a safe and nurturing environment. Programming supports the children and youth in our community during the “at-risk” after-school and summer hours.
