SUMMARY:The Alloy School
DESCRIPTION:Through The Alloy School’s non-competitive environment\, youth\, adults\, and families of all experience levels can embrace the joy of dance movement while developing body awareness\, coordination\, and esteem. \nThe Alloy School Spring 2022 session spans 8-weeks of Saturdays at KST’s Alloy Studios from February 12 – April 2 with a public showcase and celebratory Let’s Move! Family Dance Party on April 9. Each Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm\, expert teaching artists guide six 50-minutes classes in KST’s two dance studios that cater to participants from toddlers to elders in an engaging atmosphere. \nEvery 8 week session is taught by professional artists and designed to teach you new moves and give you insight into the cultural roots of these different styles! The whole family can enjoy The Alloy School’s diverse range of classes from West African to Jazz Ballet. Classes are conducted with a casual atmosphere with no formal dress code. Bring your whole self–we can’t wait to welcome you to The Alloy School community! \nRegistration for the full 8-week session is encouraged\, though participants are also welcome to drop in for classes throughout.
