New and improved: Our Kidsburgh events calendar is updated with virtual activities

Canceled events, rescheduled dates, festivals moved from brick-and-mortar venues to virtual activities.

It’s been a tough couple of months for Pittsburgh families looking for entertainment.

Here at Kidsburgh, we’ve been feeling it, too. Many calendar listings were included months in advance of the coronavirus pandemic. As we waited to see the outcome of a two-week shutdown that grew into two months of social distancing, we decided it was time to act.

We are happy to announce that we just updated our events calendar to include virtual and online events in one handy spot. We are also adding hands-on online activities your kids will enjoy. We eliminated canceled events through the next month and will monitor the situation as time goes on. We’ll continue to add events and activities as they are announced to bring you the best that Pittsburgh organizations offer families.

If your organization has an upcoming event, please submit it here. We’d love to include it!

And while looking for quality, curated activities, be sure to check out our weekly feature, Things to do with kids (at home) in Pittsburgh.
