Learning happens everywhere: Check out local ‘literacy corners’ on KDKA-TV’s Talk Pittsburgh

Kidsburgh’s executive editor Melissa Rayworth visited KDKA-TV’s “Talk Pittsburgh” this week to share information about the “literacy corners” that are popping up around the Pittsburgh area. 

Through a partnership between the Clinton Foundation’s Too Small to Fail initiative and Neighborhood North Museum of Play, families are finding free books and valuable information about the power of talking, singing and reading with kids in places where they spend time, like laundromats and even a local McDonald’s.
