Story Sunday: ‘What’s a Cup?’ (virtual)
May 2, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pay what you wishThe latest Story Sunday with Carnegie Museum of Art celebrates Asian Heritage Month with the first bilingual session in the series. The virtual session takes inspiration from Oki Sato’s Japanese graphic picture book, “What’s a Cup?” The story follows a cup that tries to determine how to stir coffee without a spoon. While searching for a solution, the cup changes into a variety of forms. Along with the reading, kids will participate in a cup-making activity.
Zoom links and a materials list will be sent upon registration, which is priced at “pay what you wish.” Can’t make it on May 2? Register now and you’ll receive a post-event link to watch anytime.
