If you are a high school student curious about pursuing a career in filmmaking, broadcasting, and digital arts, you’ll want to know about the numerous higher education opportunities available right here in Pittsburgh. Free and open to the public, representatives from several colleges and universities will be available to connect with you and your parents for campus visits, share career opportunities in the field, and answer any questions you have about their unique film-related programs.
Additionally, you will also be able to tour Steeltown’s creative space and learn more about their multiple programs that support young filmmakers.
Visiting schools include University of Pittsburgh, Point Park University, Carnegie Mellon University, Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), La Roche University, Douglas Education Center, Penn State, Robert Morris University, St. Vincent College and more!
