Broadway Kids Auditions and Mariposa Theatre for Young Audiences Masterclass: Acting the Song
Mariposa Theatre for Young Audiences is proud to be hosting Broadway Performers from the National Touring Production of Mean Girls for a Broadway Kids Auditions Masterclass. This class is for students ages 10-18 ONLY!!
This two hour Masterclass will feature coaching on ACTING THE SONG from Broadway performer Gaelen Gilliland for 12 participating students. An additional 15 student observers will also be able to attend to hear the feedback given, ask questions, and take notes.
Student Participants must prepare one full music theatre song and bring their sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided.
Participants: $60
Observers: $35
Registration will open on Monday September 30 at 9am. Because space is limited we expect this Masterclass to fill. If you need financial assistance please contact Caren Hearne, Artistic Director.
Mariposa reserves the right to cancel this workshop in the event of low enrollment. Mean Girls actor is subject to change from those currently listed.
