Maker Monday: Glitter Goop
Many variations of slime recipes have taken over the world. With this week’s Maker Monday project, we explore Glitter Goop, a slime that sparkles in the sunlight.
Supplies:
Clear glue
Baking soda
Contact solution
Glitter
Mixing bowl
Spoon
Pour 4 1/2 ounces of clear glue into the mixing bowl.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of contact solution.
Add in your choice of glitter and mix well. As the goop begins to form, knead by hand to mix completely.
And your Glitter Goop is ready for play. Store in a plastic container for future use. The goop will separate a bit after storage. Just knead the ingredients back together.
