RADical Days: Senator John Heinz History Center

For RADical Days, experience “the Smithsonian’s home in Pittsburgh!” Don’t miss your chance to see the History Center’s iconic artifacts for free, like the original television set from the Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Pirates’ legend Bill Mazeroski’s bat and uniform from Game 7 of the 1960 World Series, and the world’s oldest jeep.

Special Performances:

  • 2pm South Hills Chorale: The Chorale’s broad-based repertoire includes American classics, Broadway, pops, spirituals, old favorites, classical, sacred, and holiday works.
  • 2:30pm Pittsburgh Youth Chorus: Providing an outstanding choral education program since 1983, Pittsburgh Youth Chorus (formerly Children’s Festival Chorus) is the region’s premier choral organization for young voices.
  • 3pm Allegheny Brass Band: Pittsburgh area’s finest amateur brass band, featuring favorite jazz and big band tunes, Broadway melodies, marches, and light classics.
